Your Name + Role – SuperNfty – Artist & Founder
Project Name – Imps by SuperNfty
Project Summary – The Imps are 10.000 randomly generated, animated, 3D characters on the Ethereum blockchain. Each one is completely unique but some are more rare than others. Each trait is handcrafted by SuperNfty in his signature floaty style.

What originally brought you into the NFT space?
I saw an interview with Fewocious. Next thing I knew, I was checking PuffyPuffPuffs Pipps collection on Rarible. At that moment I felt like I was born to do this and I had to give it my everything. I took a week off from work, invented the Floating Heads concept (my genesis collection) and the rest is history.

How did you come up with the idea for your NFT project?
I wanted to create the Vinyl Toys of the Metaverse. I didn’t just want to create normal standing toys though. In celebration of the great NFT revolutions, these Metaverse toys had to be only possible through digital art, that’s why I made them float.

What makes your NFT project unique?
They’re 3D animated heads created in the Metaverse, for the Metaverse. I create them in VR (Gravity Sketch, e.g.: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC-sCwq835r94ooZj3K59i1g ) and I give my collectors the 3D files, the AR files, webcam filters and the commercial license to their NFTs.

How big is the team and what are their roles?
It’s just me and my brother, Chewie. He does everything related to coding or development and I do the art, marketing and everything else.

Are there any mechanics or utility we should know about?
Every Imp will receive packs of free ‘Spirits’ NFT’s (My next collectible collection that is made exclusively and free for my collectors). If Imps are the trainers, spirits would be the Pokémon/Digimon/Megaman, etc..

Where do you see NFTs in the next 3-5 years?
They’re going to be in everything, but people aren’t going to know they’re called NFTs anymore.

What would you tell a newbie before beginning to invest in the NFT market? What should they look for?
Support original artists you like and never buy out of FOMO. An artist that has a passion for their NFT project will never give up on it. Besides, it is much easier to hold on to an NFT/artwork that actually speaks to you, than it is to hold a random copy of a copy of a copy of another project. If it speaks to you, it’ll speak to other people as well.
